Today, a poor moon with little water and even less hope. A crowded world where the impoverished huddle in the slums under the "God's Feet" and the rich live high up in the Citadel or "Catkis." Elboreth has a bad reputation in the Nebula as a home of thieves, with rumors of slave-trading as well. However, its age-old architecture, technologically advanced Hopper, and the high, proud walls of the Citadel suggest that Elboreth had a much more important role in its past. |
